A few words to live by...or not

As I sit here typing this, my mind is full. There are countless things I want to share. In fact, to be quite honest, I have about 10 posts I'm working on and several pages I've been working on- all with vital words of encouragement and spiritual preparation. I was hoping to get out a second blog regarding 'Halloween' before the end of the week, but instead I feel led by The Holy Spirit to share whatever He wants now...

There are several Bible studies I've written regarding the times we live in and I also hope to share these. But none of these will make an impact without first knowing The True Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Do you know Him? Have you been saved? Do you live for Him daily? Do you look for His return? 

He is the only salvation you will ever be given that leads to eternal life with God, The Heavenly Father. He is the only way to know and understand your purpose for living while you are on earth. He IS The Way, He IS The Truth, He IS the Life.

Yes, this is the truth. Not everyone acknowledges it. You don't have to believe it- you have a right to choose what you believe. We all do. However, one day, we are told every knew shall bow and every tongue shall confess that He is Lord. And we will all stand before Him...

Did you know that? I didn't always either. I had to read The Bible to know many things that the church didn't teach me. God Himself had to wake me up to the time we live in- the proximity of His imminent return. Do you know He is The Rock and Fortress for His people? Do you know life as we've known is about to change- in an instant?! If you've read my blog for sometime, you may have heard me say it. If you know others who have been called as messengers and watchman, then you have heard this before.

Do you ever wonder why? Why would God ask, rather- command, His children to sound an alarm to His return? Because He loves you. Because you are His creation. Because if you do not believe, He wants to give you that opportunity again, perhaps for the last time. Because if you do believe, it's time to tell everyone that He is coming for His bride.

If you are reading this now...look outside your window. Do you hear familiar sounds? Is the sky calm? Are the birds in the distance? If so, this may be one of the last opportunities you may have to heed His voice and turn to Him, while it is still normal. 

If not, then times have changed. But remember this- He wishes none to perish.

So whether you are out enjoying the fall breeze or hiding in the basement from a storm from hell- He is calling you to Himself. Don't harden to heart to the voice of His cry. He has a plan for you. It is perfect and beyond your greatest dreams. Will you trust Him with your life today?
